Our intermediary service is mostly funded by HMCTS, with no charges or payments required by legal representatives. Make a referral via our simple online portal. If you need to contact us, call 0121 663 0931 or email admin@communicourt.co.uk.

We facilitate fairer access to justice for adults and children with communication differences and difficulties.

We work in criminal and family cases, as well as other proceedings (including immigration hearings, parole hearings and employment tribunals), where we provide communication support for defendants, respondents and other court users. We have developed our expertise through working with more than 10,000 people in the courts, who have a very wide range of communication needs
