You can make a new referral or attendance booking, or change an existing one, on our easy to use online portal. Please ensure all sections are completed.

Our online portal has been designed to match the HMCTS process and there is no need to complete a HMCTS Attendance booking form. Our waiting time for assessments is currently up to two weeks, depending on location.

The services provided by approved intermediaries are mostly funded by HMCTS, with no charges or payments required by legal representatives.
